Our signature BrewBike Blend is a carefully balanced mix of three exceptional, 100% Arabica, specialty‑grade coffees sourced from world‑renowned growing regions. Each origin brings something unique to the cup, creating a smooth, rich and crowd‑pleasing flavour profile that works beautifully across all our drinks.

Brazil – Ipanema Gourmet Pulped Natural
From one of Brazil’s most respected estates, this component adds depth, sweetness and reliability. Ipanema’s team meticulously cups every batch, selecting only the finest beans. Their pulped‑natural process brings gentle fruit sweetness and a rounded body — the foundation of our blend.
Guatemala – Santa Rosa
Grown at 1200–1450m in the Santa Rosa district, this fully washed coffee contributes a gorgeous chocolatey front end, balanced acidity and a creamy mouthfeel. It’s the part of the blend that gives our flat whites and cappuccinos their smooth, comforting richness.
Ethiopia – Kochere Yirgacheffe Grade 1
From smallholder farmers in the Gedeo zone, this high‑altitude coffee adds bright citrus, stone fruit and a delicate fruit‑tea character. It’s the aromatic, lively note that lifts the blend and gives our espresso its clean, vibrant finish.
